Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Return shipping costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not damaged and the correct item was delivered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

In these cases, we will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item first.

Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
